What's Next Youth Conference
Powered by The United States Embassy in Jamaica, Woman Up, through our WNYC (2022) imparted practical skills and knowledge focusing on: Monetizing Talents, Financial Literacy and Empowerment, and Vision Board Game Plan and Execution to young people in Jamaica. This initiative has equipped over 200 young people with the necessary tools to navigate the complexities of adulthood, making a significant contribution to the personal and professional development on their lives.
Woman Up Radio Show
Through the art of storytelling, we took over the radio airwaves on NewsTalk93fm and shared the stories of women from diverse backgrounds in an effort to help young girls in Jamaica "Woman Up". Our conversations ranged from Dating, Mental Health, Wealth Building and so much more. Some of our guests included Public Speaking Coach Krystal Tomlinson, Global Entrepreneurs Cyrstal Khalil and Dr. Nicole Labeech, Social Media Influencer Josh Andy, Jamaican Artiste Joby Jay and Business & Finance Journalist Kalilah Reynolds. We have impacted over 30,000 listeners through our radio show.
Build That Brand, Girl Webinar
The "Build That Brand, Girl" webinar has impacted the lives of 50 girls, providing them with the essential knowledge and skills to establish their own brands, by building their personal brand strategies and leveraging the power of social media. By instilling entrepreneurial skills and fostering a sense of independence, this initiative has laid the foundation for these girls to embark on their professional journeys with confidence and competence.
Reading N' Reasoning
Passionate about building young girls in Jamaica, we volunteered with Bredren Life to read to primary school children in Jamaica. Their mission is to showcase the importance of reading and literacy among the younger generation. We are happy to have impacted over 20 girls through this initiative.
